From furniture and antiques to tools, collectibles and household goods, cars and farm equipment, we help coordinate appropriate resale, consignment, auction or professional appraisal opportunities.

Resale Assessment  $195

(This is not a consultation.. $195 is credited towards your below project)

Small Resale Project  $395 + 15%

For up to 15 selected resale items. We photograph/document them, research appropriate resale options, contact or coordinate with buyers, consignment shops, auction companies or specialty dealers, and coordinate the disposition of the items.

Whole-Home Resale Project  $795 + 15%

For up to 50 selected resale items throughout the home. This includes a more extensive inventory, photographs, resale research, coordinating appropriate outlets, communicating with vendors/buyers and arranging approved pickups or appointments.

Large Estate Resale Project $1,295 + 15%

For 51–100 selected resale items or a substantially larger household requiring extensive coordination.

Successful Sale Coordination is 15%*
