Option Two:
$1,495 Transition Fee + 25%-35% of Estate Sale Proceeds

Instead of sending the majority of sellable contents elsewhere, we organize, price, stage, market and conduct the estate sale or auction at the property. Items will also be posted and sold under consignment.Â

B.T. Walker & Co, reserves the right to determine whether an estate qualifies for an on-site sale. Auctioneer commission is subject to change per auctioneer.

Flat rate of $2,495Â
Up to 25 hours
We will sort, organize, photograph, inventory, resale research, coordinate family items, donations, vendors, appointments and overall project management.
It also includes resale coordination for up to 50 selected items.
Resale Success Fee: 15%

Additional time beyond 25 hours: $75/hour
